Diaphragm = Cone, the soul of the speaker; Spider = Damper, the key element of a speaker. We have been through the enormous amount of efforts on tuning sound quality, massive amount of testing, analyze, adjusting, material selections, to sound contrast. Tuning is a long and painstaking process, it has to be through many tries trials and errors, and many obstacles need to be recognized and find the suitable solution to solve. Until 2005, we mastered the key technology on the speaker's ultra-fine tuning and problem solving, plus finding the prefect material to prolong the life of "surround". Due to this technology has been selected to use in our Diaphragm/Cone & Spider/Damper, we called this RDS (Revolution of Diaphragm and Spider), and we integrated it into our production in 2006.

We have a unique method to produce RDS, we combined these three key elements: the selection of the material, the formula of tuning, and the improvement of the construction. Following are the brief descriptions:

A special material that can cancel its own unique vibration sound, eliminate the unnecessary sound distraction. (This material has already been tested and met the requirements set by RoHS)

A special material that can transfer the complex kinetic energy into sound processed it into prefect "harmony". (This material has already been tested and met the requirements set by RoHS)

A special foam that can enhance and prolong the life of “Surround", making sure that the "Surround" would not be damaged due to long period of usage or material aging.

For the improvement of the construction, we have been through enormous efforts of testing and tuning. We calculated and formulated a unique equation to meet our needs and requirements, to form a standard as our construction format.
